Solution 1:
Remove collection tank and re-install by placing the collection tank bottom first into the cavity, then tilt it forward,
pressing gently at the top until it 'snaps' closed. Does it lock into place?
Yes, try unit now, is there suction?
No, is U-Clip on the unit
damaged or missing?
No, proceed to solution 2
