Installation of solar collector
11: Hang the first collector in the lower mounting rail
and adjust its position so that the frame is 45mm
from the end of the rail as shown.
N.B. Ensure collector panel locating lip is correctly
positioned in the support slot of the lower mounting
bracket.
12: If mounting 2 or more panels place the clamping piece
on the upper mounting rail and hand tighten for now.
Order:
- upper mounting rail
- mounting part extension
- clamping piece
- M8 washer
- M8 nut
13: Using the mounting jig to aid correct positioning
mount the next collector panel. Ensure jig is removed
after fitting (see 13a).
