5. Align groove (H) in fan-head pipe with tabs (G), and slide
fan-head pipe over main pipe until there is light resistance.
Do not force connection..
6. Hold main pipe, and turn fan-head pipe clockwise, engaging
positive locking channels until connection is firm.
Note: Blower use will eventually loosen pipe connections.
Exclusive positive locking system allows pipes to be
tightened. If loosening occurs, remove fan-head pipe,
and install according to instructions 5 & 6.

Remove Blower Pipes

1. Release locking ring (C) with a coin or screwdriver, and
rotate ring so that lock symbol (A) is at top of ring.
2. Remove pipes from locking ring.

OPERATION

Moving parts can amputate fingers or cause severe injuries. Keep hands, clothing and loose objects
away from all openings. Always stop engine, disconnect spark plug, and make sure all moving parts
have come to a complete stop before removing obstructions, clearing debris, or servicing unit.
Blower housing may contain shredder blades and other sharp edges that can cause serious injuries
if touched, even if engine is off and blades are not moving. Wear gloves to protect hands from sharp
edges and hot surfaces.
