Vapour Guide/Canopy - Miele DA 206 Operating Instructions Manual

With a 6 mm Ø bit drill the 2 holes in
the wall and press the S6 plugs into
the holes.
Screw in the plate C with 2 screws
4 x 30 mm and 4.3 underlying
washers.

Vapour guide/canopy

Drill the following holes before fitting
the vapour guide (see the illustration in
the section on fitting the retaining
plates)
DA 206, DA 216, DA 217:
Drill a hole of 6 mm Ø in the middle
taking measurement w into account
and press an S6 plug into the hole.
DA 209, DA 219:
On the line of the middle hole drill 2
holes of 6 mm Ø 500 mm apart tak-
ing measurement w into account
and press S6 plugs into the holes.
To fit the vapour guide (canopy), the
grease filters and the lighting tubes
must be removed. (See section on
Cleaning and Care).
Hang the vapour guide (canopy) on
to the angle brackets of retaining
plate A.
Secure the vapour guide (canopy)
with 5 x 40 mm screws into each
drilled hole.
