Function selector

The left-hand control is used to select the function.
It can be turned clockwise or anti-clockwise.
The function selector can only be retracted when it is at "0".

Economy grill
Pyrolytic cleaning
Lighting: For switching on the oven light independently.
This can be useful when cleaning the oven.
