The picture has no color or colors are not correct

You are not able to get sound
- Check the Volmue buttons on the remote control or on the TV. See pages *Q-2 (TV buttons) and *Q-3 (,wmote-eontrol buttons).
- Check the Mute button on the remote. See page *Q-3 f!_r the location of the Mute button.
