Recording

TV and VCR
Select the channel
you want to watch.

Remote Control
Start a recording.
Put the VCR in TV
position.
* lfyou use a converter box or satellite system hookup, you may not be able
to watch one channel while recording another. See page 41 for details.
o lfyou don't receive channels, please repeat the steps on page six, then fol-
low the instructions above carefully.
i Start a recording (see page nine).
i Press the VCR/TV button to put th_ VCR in
: TV position. The VCR li_ht will disappear
: from the VCR's dispIay panel.

Use the TV remote control to select the
channel you want to watch.

To return to the channel being recorded, use
the TV remote control or the TV to select
channel 3 or 4 (see page six for details).
Press the VCR/TV button to put the VCR
in VCR position. The channel being
recorded will appear on-screen.
NOTE: If a blue screen appears instead of
the desired channel, press the CHANNEL
(Up/Down) buttons to select an active
channel.
