convection
cooking?
In a convection
oven,
a tan
circulates
the
heated
air
evenly,
over
and
around
the
ti)od.
This
circulating
hot
air is evenly
distributed
throughout
the
oven

As a result,

cooked
and
browned--otten
in less
time
with
convection
heat.
Preheating
is not
necessary
with

having
