Next, remove the outer flange and, with
the safety guard retracted fully, take the
blade off the shaft.

Install the balde following the removal
procedure in reverse. The order of instal-
lation should be: inner flange, blade,
outer flange, hex bolt. Tighten the hex
bolt securely. Be sure the blade i s in-
stalled with teeth pointing up
