Be sure to check the oil level after
assembly as well as before each time the
ATV is used.
Front Wheel Assembly:
Install wheel onto front spindle. Install 1.
Small tube, 2. Big washer, 3. Slotted nut.
Use the 4. Split pin to secure nut onto the
axle. Fully insert the split pin between
spines in nut and whole through the axle.
When completely through, bend the split
pin halves opposite of each other around
the nut.
Rear Wheel Assembly:
To fit the rear wheel, first you must insert
the right/left tube over axle.
Now you can fit the rear wheel onto the rear
axle.
Once in place you can fit the big washer,
then the slotted nut. Fully tighten the slotted
nut and secure it with the supplied split pin.
Fully insert the split pin between spines in
nut and whole through the axle. When
completely through, bend the split pin
halves opposite of each other around the
nut.
