Troubleshooting

Read the manual thoroughly to ensure the LCD TV operates properly. If the problem persists and
is not self-serviceable, please stop using the LCD TV immediately and contact your dealer or
nearest service center for further assistance.
Cause
No picture
a) Power indicator does not light
up.

b) Power indicator is green.

Unclear picture, Noise

Remedy
Make sure the power cord is firmly plugged in the socket.
Make sure the power switch is turned on.
Make sure the AC socket has power.
Check the remote control and its batteries.
Check if the signal cable is properly connected.
Increase the Contrast and/or Brightness.
Make sure the display is ON.
The screen is on power saving mode (for PC), press any key
or moves the mouse to activate the screen again.
Make sure the display is on.
Make sure the signal cable is properly connected.
Make sure the cables are connected properly and a normal
TV signal is received.
(For Scart) Make sure using the standard qualified Scart
cable.
Make sure the audio cables are properly connected.
Make sure there is no headphone connects to the LCD.
Make sure Mute is not set.
Adjust the Volume.
Lower the Contrast and Brightness of the LCD TV or the
input source.
Adjust the Image Position in the OSD menu.
Check if the power voltage is acceptable to specification of
the TV.
Check if the signal cables are properly connected.

Make sure the aspect ratio is set properly.
Check if the Proper signal type option is set: Component or
RGB.
Check if the LCD supports the input signal.

User must select the submenu Child Lock in the System
Submenu and enter the master password:
set a new password for confirmation.
