Installing the LCD TV

Basic Connections

Step 1. Positioning the TV set
Place the LCD TV set on a solid and stable surface.
To avoid malfunctions, do not expose the LCD TV to
water or a heat source and do not obstruct the
ventilation grid at the back of the LCD TV.
Step 2. Connecting the aerials
Use the antenna or coaxial cable to connect with the
TV tuner socket situated at the back of the LCD TV.
Step 3. Connecting the power cable
Plug the power cord into the wall socket and turn on
the power switch.
Step 4. Remote control
Insert the two AAA/UM4-type batteries
supplied and make sure that the +/-
ends are properly connected.
Step 5. Setting up the TV
Follow the instructions on the "Using the LCD TV" section to set up the LCD TV for using
the first time.
