Auto Power Off
You can set your camcorder to turn off automatically if it is idle for 5 minuteswithout an operation,
This functionDrevents unnecessa_ power consumjstiorl.

2 Touch a desired submenu item. _ c> @
3 To exit the menu, touch the Exit (D) or Return (_) tab,
• Off : Disable the function.
• 5 MJn : The camcorder turns off if idle for 5 minutes without an operation.
,, Auto Power Offdoes not work inthe following situations:
If the cable (HDMI,Corrlponent/AV, etc) is connected while recording or the playback,
While the Quick On STBY function is inoperation,
While the Demofunction is in operation,
While recording or playing (except pause), or running a Photo slide show,
" To operate the camcorder again, press the Power (, _ _,)button.
Rec Lamp
Turns the recordinq indicatorthat hoto recordinqon or off.
1o Touch the Menu (_) --_Setting ((o_) t ab --_"REC Lamp."
2o Touch a desired submenu item.
3o To exit the menu, touch the Exit (O) or Return (_) tab.
• If you set "REC Lamp" to "On," you can easily tell whether a
recording is in progress by looking at the recording indicator
on your camcorder.
• Off : Disables the function.
On : The recording indicator turns on while a recording is in progress.
