We recommendthat our cassettes be usedwith your camcorder. Use of poor quality
tapesor tapesthat havebeen damagedor mishandledcan contaminate the video heads,
resulting in a snowy picture or no picture at all during playback. Becausethere is no
control over the type of tape purchasedor rentedby consumers,head cleaning is not
covered under warranty. It is considerednormal maintenance.
If a snowy picture or no-picture condition persists,consider the useof a dry chemical
non-abrasivehead-cleaningtape. Be sure to follow the directions with the head-
cleaning kit carefully. Improper use of a headcleaner may damageyour camcorder.

just record over it.
