Starting a washing programme

1. Check that the baskets have been
loaded correctly and that the spray
arms can rotate freely
2. Turn on the water tap
3. Close the dishwasher door
4. Setting and starting the programme
Press the On/Off button; the backlit light
illuminate and the
about 6 seconds; if other buttons are not pressed in
the meantime the flashing backlit light will become
static and the Automatic programme will start.
If you wish to select another washing programme within
the 6 seconds, press the desired programme button, the
backlit light of the selected programme flashes for about 6
seconds and then becomes static indicating the start of the
washing programme.
Note:
if the selected programme button is pressed
again, before the backlit light has become static, this
selection will be cancelled. The

5. Setting the "delay start"
It is possible to delay the start of the washing from 4 or 8
hours. Press the delay start button within 6 seconds of
selecting a programme, until the desired selection is
visible.
6. To interrupt or cancel a washing
programme in progress
Interrupt or cancel a washing programme in progress
ONLY if it's absolutely necessary.
Attention! Hot steam may escape when the door is
opened. Open the door carefully.

a) Open the dishwasher door; the programme will stop.
Close the door; the programme will start from the
point at which it was interrupted.
b) Press the On/Off button (in this case all the backlit
lights turn off). Press the On/Off button again; the
programme will start from the point at which it was
interrupted.

Cancel a washing programme in progress
Press simultaneously buttons 2 and 3 until only the On/Off
backlit light
remains illuminated.
At this point it is possible to set a new washing
programme.
If a new washing programme is to be selected, check that
there is detergent in the detergent dispenser.
7. End of the washing programme
The dishwasher will automatically stop.
The backlit light of the programme just ended will remain
on.
The internal light of the dishwasher will illuminate and
will remain illuminated for about 30 minutes (only if
the dishwasher is not switched off).
The On/Off backlit light
Note:
The dishwasher's drying system is provided with a
device that allows air to circulate inside the dishwasher to
prevent residual steam recondensing on the dishes as
water droplets.
Once the washing programme has ended this device
operates intermittently for other 20 minutes, as long
as the dishwasher is switched on.
If the On/Off button is pressed or the door is opened
during these 20 minutes, the device will be automatically
cancelled.
Switch off the dishwasher by pressing the On/Off button,
the On/Off backlit light
off.
Open the dishwasher's door, leave it ajar and wait a few
minutes before removing the dishes; in this way they will
be cooler and the drying will be improved.
8. Unloading the dishwasher
Hot dishes are sensitive to knocks. The dishes should
therefore be allowed to cool down before removing from
the appliance.
Empty the lower basket first and then the upper one; this
will avoid water dripping from the upper basket onto the
dishes in the lower one.
Water may appear on the sides and the door of the
dishwasher as the stainless steel will eventually become
cooler than the dishes.
When the washing programme has finished, it is
recommended that the dishwasher is unplugged and the
water tap turned off.
