BROILING

I,
Place the rack where you
want it for broiling.

Put the broiler
pan and
food on the rack.

Temperature
Control
on BROIL (or on a
lower
temperature
for
slower
broiling].

Set the Oven Selector
on
BROIL.

broiling,
the oven
