Use the Cassette Adapter (conanued)
Load Detector_
4. Gently close the cassette compartment
lid until it locks into place. Make sure
the cassette reel area under the adapter
is free to turn whale the cassette is
loading.
Note: You should hear a whimng sound
while the tape loads. The adapter's load
detector wdl automatically retract into the
adapter.
Caution: Ifthe toad detector is still
extending from the side of the cassette
adapter "alter you have attempted to load
the cassette, loading is not complete. Try
to load the cas._tte again. Attempting to
ins_,_ the ¢a._iette adapter into a VCR
with the load detector extending may
cau,_e damage to the adapter andlor VCR.

adapter or lape,
1. Shde the adapter's EJECT switch to
the right. The load detector extends
from the side and the whirnng sound
indicates the tape is being released
before the adapter's cassette
compartment lid opens.
2. Use the access hole on the bottom of
the adapter to push the cassette up and
remove _t from the adapter.
3. Gently close the adapter's cassette
compartment lid.
