Clock shows incorrect time or date
Here's
what to try:
• Power interruption.
TIMER indicator
flashes on front of TV/VCR.
• Clock was not set accurately (check AM/PM and date).
* Time zone or daylight savings time information
incorrect.
See page 4.
TV/VCR makes noise when stopped
• TV/VCR is removing
tape from heads.
This is normal. The head cylinder
inside the TV/VCR will continue to rotate for a few minutes after you put the
VCR in the stop mode.
Will not auto channel search active
• Check antenna
or cable connections.

Cannot see closed captions
on screen
• Closed caption function must be set to on. See page 9.
• Station may not be broadcasting
closed captions.
Box appears on screen
* A text feature has beenselected.

* Sleep timer turned on. Press POWER to turn TV/VCR back on.

* Wake up timer (alarm) turned on. See page 10.
Rainbow
effect appears on TV/VCR picture
• TV/VCR
swiveled while it was operating.
Unplug the TV/VCR, swivel it
into place, wait one hour, and then plug it back in.
Cannot record one program while watching
• TV/VCR only has one tuner. Only one program can be watched and
a different program
recorded at the same time.
