Selected

TV receivers
and
monitor/receivers
feature remote controls that will also
control
your VCR. Only the buttons
that are used for
controlling
your VCR are described here. These buttons
have generally
the same functions as the ones with the
same names on the front panel of the VCR, but there are
some differences.
Press to Play,
I
Used for setting the clock and
programming the timer.
Press to rewind when VCR is
stopped or reverse scan when
VCR is in Play mode.
Press again (or press PLAY) to
return to normal playback.
Press for fast forward when VCR
is stopped or forward
scan when
VCR is in Play mode.
Press again (or press PLAY) to
return to normal playback.
Used when programming the
timer. Also resets tape counter
when tape counter is displayed.
• Any VCR tuner channel may be selected by pressing
two of the Digit buttons on the hand unit. Press 0 first
to select tuner channels
1 through 9.
• Separate buttons
turn the VCR on and off.
• Simply press the RECORD
button to record. It is not
necessary to press the PLA Y button at the same time.
Turns the Tape Counter

and Memory Stop features on and off.
