Setting
the AN
Network

The A/V Network
is a special system
that Mitsubishi
developed
to
make it easier
to operate
many product_: with one remote
control.
When the A/V Network
is connected
between
two Mitsubishi
products,
you can point the remote
control
at one product
and it
will "pass" the remote
control
command
to the other. To set up the
A/V Network:
First Time
Set-Up
Set the clock
Memorize
channels
Add/delete
channels
I_ Set AJV Network
Use ADJUST
to select.
Then press
ENTER.
Press MENU
to return to
TV Main Menu.

Press the MENU
button
on the
remote
control. The Main Menu
will .appear on the screen.
Use the ADJUST
buttons
to
seleet "First
Time Set-Up."
Press the ENTER
button.
Use Lhe ADJUST
buttons
to
select "Set A/V Network."
Press
the ENTER
button.

to return to
First Time Set-Up
Menu.

select "Active," "Basic," or "Off."
Ciheck the rear terminals
of
your VCR, then use the chart

should set your TV.
Press the HOME button
to
return
to normal
TV viewing.
If your VCR has a rear

If you are not sure how to set your VCR's A/V Network
setting,
refer to your VCR's owner's
guide.
If connected,
the A/V Network
can still be used to pass remote
control
signals
when the TV's A/V Network
setting
is "Off."
If you do not use the/_
Network
system,
set "A/V Network"
to
"Off," or there
may be problems
selecting
channels
on your TV.
If you are using
a Mitsubisbi
VCR with A/V Network
or Active A/V
Network,
you should have connected
it to the INPUT-:I
of your TV.
