Meat Sauce;
Crumble groundbeef into sina!!bowl Cook, covered, on
PIO0 for 2 to 3 minutes, or until beef is cooked. Stir once;
drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Re-cover and cook
on PIO0 for 3 to 5 minutes.
Chsa4e Sauce:
in a separate dish, combine together ricottacheese, egg,
salt and popper. Stir and cot aalde.
Spoon 1/4of meat sauce into bottom of 9 x 13-inch
rectangulardish for NN-Sg69 (7 x 11-inch for NN-$769).
Aflemme layers of noodles, cheese sauce, mozzarella
cheese and me_t sauce, for throe layers.
To Cook by Sensor:
Cook, covered, on SENSOR COOK #15 (/..mmgtm), When
the oven beeps, shield comers of dishwith aluminumfoil.

16. Onion Quiche
Pastry:
11/2 cups all-purpose flour

In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, lemonjuice end egg;
mix untilwell combined. Out in butter and kneed lightly.Roll
dough flat and place inside a 9-1nshfluted pie plato. Place
dish in microwave and cook on PIO0 for 4 to 6 minutes, sat
eslde. Plane becon between two sheets of paper towel and
cook on P100 for 2 minutes. Set aside. Place onions and
butter in a 1-Qt. casserole dish. Cook, covered, on PI00 for
5 minutes. Drain and reserve onions.Mix together bacon
and onions; spread evenly over cooked pastry crust. Mix
eggs, sourcream, salt and pepper, and pour over onion
mixture. Spdnkle nutmeg over toO.

Let stand, 5 minutes, before sowing.

sugar, c_oves,cinnamon, salt, pepper and I cup water.
To Cook by Sensor:.
Cook, covered, on SENSOR COOK #18 (Fruited Pot
Roost). At the end of sooking, remove mast to sewing
platter;,let stand, covered, 10 minutes. Meanwhile, remove
cloves and cinemmonstick. Stir into casserole dish, flour
mixed with remainingwater, prunes and apricots. Cook on
P1O0 for 2 to 3 minu_s, or untilgravy is thick;stir once.
Spoon gravy over mast before serving.
