11. Chicken
Teriyaki
Marinade:

can (8 oz.) chunk pineapple in plnseppple juice,

pour over chicken. Cover and madnate in sauce 30 minutes
in refrigerator.Arrange chicken skin side down in • 21/PQt.

Pour marinade over chicken.

When the oven beeps, rearrange and turn
chicken over. Re-oover and presa Stwf. Let atand 5
minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.

6 minutes. Stir once; drain. Add remainingingredients.

12. Stuffed Meat Loaf

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce, divided

11= cup seasoned dry bread crumbs

cup chopped green onions

sup (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

thin slices boiled ham

tablespoons chopped stuffed green olives
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, 1 cup tomato
sauce, egg, bread crumbs, onion, celery and pepper, mix
well. In 9 x 5*inch loaf pan, shape halfof meat mixture into
bottomof pan. Top with cheesa, ham end olivse. Spmed
remainingmeat mixture on top and pour remaining sauce
over loaf.
