Operations during pause
D : Plays when pressed and held.
<_ : Plays the movie in reverse when pressed and held
Displays the first frame.
_7 : Displays the last frame
• To resume the movie, press (_
• To cancel the playback of the movie in the middle of it or during pause, press MENU.
The recorded image is corrected and saved as a new one.
• Use/XV to select the effect you want to apply, and press_i.
Use <_D to select the picture you want to edit, and press (o_)
ALL Digital image stabilization edit, lighting fix and
redeye fix are activated together.
DIS EDIT Retouches unanticipated blurry images.
LIGHTING FIX The underexposed areas of an image are
brightened.
REDEYE FIX Corrects a subject with red-eye.
• Movies, pictures shot by another camera, and previously fixed or edited pictures cannot be corrected.
• When fixed pictures are displayed, the picture cannot be fixed.
• Some blur may be left on some pictures.
• Editing an image may cause it to suffer a minor loss in quality.
Registers and plays back your favorite still pictures in the internal memory as new ones C
Up to 9 pictures can be registered. O
• Registered pictures cannot be erased even by formatting the internal memory. _

• Registered pictures cannot be edited, printed, copied to a card, transferred to a computer,
or viewed on a computer.
VIEW FAVORITE ............................................................ Viewing registered pictures
• Select [VIEW FAVORITE] to display pictures registered in MY FAVORITE. Use the arrow pad to browse
pictures.
• Press MENU to select [ADD FAVORITE] or [SLIDESHOW]

ADD FAVORITE Adds pictures to My Favorite.
• Select a picture with _>, and press _.
SLIDESHOW Plays back registered pictures automatically.
• Press _ to exit the slideshow.
EXIT Reverts to normal playback mode.
