Replacing Fuse
The electric
starter circuit and battery
are protected
by a 40
ampere fuse. If the fuse burns out, the electric starter will not
operate. If the unit fails to start with the electric starter, perform
the following
steps to check the fuse inside the battery
housing:
1.
Open the battery
cover as described
in Replacing
Battery.
See Fig. 7-8.
2.
Remove fuse from socket and inspect
as shown in Fig. 7-8.
If it is burned
out, replace with standard
automotive
40
ampere fuse.

cutting
blade with chassis grease to prevent
rusting.

section
for correct engine
storage
instructions.
Store mower in a dry, clean area. Do not store next to
corrosive
materials,
such as fertilizer.
When storing
any type of power equipment
in a poorly
ventilated
or metal storage
shed, care should
be taken to
rust-proof
the equipment.
Using a light oil or silicone, coat the
equipment,
especially

parts of your lawn
mower
before storage.
