CANCELING THE CHANNEL PROGRAM
1. Press the TIME/CHannel PROGram button to display the program number (either 1 or 2) that is to
be canceled.
2. Press the CHannel PROGram CANCEL button. The day setting returns to "MON" and the hour
and minute displays are blank.
3. Press the TIME/CHannel PROGram button until the present time and channel are displayed.
WHAT IF: THEN:
Two programs are programmed for the Program l will operate and program 2 will be canceled if
same tirne? set for a specific day ard ignored if set for everyday
(ALL)
Program 2 is set for an earlier time than The programs are executed by start time not by the
program 1? order in which they are programmed.
The TV is already on at the time a
program is to be executed.
What if no one is present when the TV
automatically turns on.
The channel will change to the programmed channel
and antenna setting. The time and channel will flash for
5 minute.,; or until a TV function button is pressed. If no
button is pressed the -D/ will automatically shut off.
As a convenience feature the TV will automatically shut
off if No TV function key is pressed within 5 minutes.
The TV is set to EXT setting?
The set will automatically/switch to TV and execute the
CHA N N L-- I_ PROGRAM
A programmed channel is "LOCKed"? Even though a "LOCKed" channel may be programmed,
("CHANNEL LOCK") that program will not E-XECUTE UNTIL THE CHANNEL
LOCK IS CANCELED "UNLOCKed".
