CONNECTING
YOUR
CABLE
CONVERTER
If your
cable
system
uses
a decoder
(converter)
for
its
encoded
("scrambled")
channels,
then
connecting
the
decoder
as shown
below
will
result
in greater
convenience
in tuning.
The following
additional
equipment
(not included)
is required:
1 TV splitter
(75D, RF 2-Way),
3 lengths
of 75_!
coaxial
cable.
NOTE:
Cable
(CATV
or HRC)
services
can vary
from
area to
area.
The
connection
and
operation
described
may
not be compatible
with
your
service.
If your
system
requirements
are
not
shown,
please
consult
your
dealer
or cable
company
for additional
information.

THE
FOLLOWING
OPERATIONS
ARE
AVAILABLE:
• To view
any basic
"nonscrambled"
cable
channel
select
ANT-A
and tune
your
Projection
TV to the
desired
station.
To view
one
premium
"descrambled"
cable
channel
select
the
premium
channel
on the
cable
converter
box.
Select
ANT-B
and tune
to the cable
decoder
box
(usually
channel
2, 3 or 4). If you
subscribe
to more
than
one premium
"scrambled"
channel
then
those
channels
must
be selected
at the
cable
decoder
box.
