One-Touch Recording - Philips CCB130AT Owner's Manual

The One-Touch Recording (OTR) function allowsyou to programan
immediatetimed recording from 30 minutes to eight hours long
without setting the timer.
Before you begin,make sure:
Channelsare set up.
There is a tape in the'l-V/VCR.The record tab must be intact.
Press the STOP/EJECTbutton
on the TV/VCR to stop the
OTR.

Use the CH(annel) / button or the Number buttons to
select the channel you want to record.

Press the SPEED button until the desired recording speed
(SP or SLP) appears on the screen. Detailsare on page 29.

Pres_ the REC(ord)IOTR button repeatedly until the desired _IE
recording lengthappearsin the upper right corner of the screen. _.
Recording will beginimmediately.The RECORD lightwill appeal

To stop an OTR before recording is finished, press the
STOP/ElECT button on the TV/VCR.
Or, press the REC(ord)/OTR button, then press the CLEAR
button, then press the STOP/Y button on the remote con-
trol.

Tocheck the time remainingfor an

press the STATUS/EXIT b utton.
Tochangethe recordinglengthwhile
an OTRis in progress, p ress the
REC(ord)/OTR button until the
desiredrecordinglength appearson
the screen,
Youcan not pause an OTR.
To cancelan OTR but continue
recording, p ress the REC(ord)/OTR
button, then pressthe CLEAR but-
ton.
Youcannot recordif DEFEAT
RECORDING is set to ON. Details

Youcan changethe tape speedwith
the SPEED button while a recording 1
is in progress, b ut some distortion
may appear on the tope.
