Press down catches A (marked by arrows>
and swing them outwards. Then lift the
cover off,
To replace the cover, reverse this sequence.
To open the sewing box lift catches B. Then
open the top cover sections.
Models 11 96 (A>, 11 97 (B)
Remove this receptacle from the machine.
Before you put the machine away after
sewing, replace the receptacle in its
original position. On model 11 96 place it
on the bedplate, on model 11 97 push it
into the free arm.
