1.Run power c able toinstallation location. Place thehood
atitslocation. Using a pen, m ark theposition ofthe
screws ( smaller part o fthekeyholes). Remove thehood
andinstall the(8)
1/2"
double
thread
screws
leaving
a
1/8" gap (4 screws
for 30" hood).
Remove
wiring
cover
and set aside.
Place
the wire clamp,
insert
the hood and
tighten
the wire clamp to secure
the cable.
Place
the
hood
under
the cabinet
and slide
it in position.
Make
sure the adapter
enters
the ductwork.
Secure
the hood
by tightening
the screws
completely.

in accordance with all applicable codes and
standards.
Before connecting wires, switch
power off at service panel and lock service
disconnecting means to prevent power from
being switched on accidentally.
1. Connect
cable to wiring
box using wire connectors.
Connect
BLACK
to BLACK,
WHITE
to WHITE,
and GREEN
wire
under
second
ground
screw.
Reinstall
wiring
cover.
DO
NOT FORGET
TO CONNECT
THE GROUND.
