What is Not Covered By These
Warranties:
1. Conditionsand damagesresulting from anyof the folbwing:
a. hnproper installation,delivery,or maintenance.
b. Any repair,modification,alteration,or adjustmentnot
authorizedbythe manufactureror an authorizedservicer.
c. Misuse,abuse, accidents,or unreasonableuse.
d. Incorrect electric current,voltage, or supply.
e. Impropersetting of any control.
2. Warrantiesare void if the original serial numbers have been
removed,altered or cannot be readilydetermined.
3. Light bulbs.
4. Productspurchasedfor commercialor industrial u,_e.
5. The cost of serviceor service call to:
a. Conect installation errors.
b. Instruct the user on the proper use of the product.
c. Transportthe applianceto the servicer.
6. Consequential o r incidental damagessustained by any person
as a result of any breachof these warranties. Somestates do
not allow the exclusionor limitation of consequentialor
incidental damages,so the aboveexclusion may not apply.
