capacity

Ni MH

reduced

new, after

recharged
before

fully
discharged

does not indicate
a mal
function.
Capacity
can be increased
by re
peatedly
discharging
tile batteries
using the
[]
DISCHARGE
option
in the camera
setup
menu and
recharging
them
using
a battery
charger (sold separately)
CAUTION:Do not use the []
DISCHARGE
option with alkaline
batteries
The camera draws
a smalJ amount
of current
even when
off
Ni MH batteries
that
have
been left in the
camera for an extended

riod may
be drawn
down
to the point
that
they no longer
hold a charge
