Before recording, select a frame size using tile EIMOVIE MODE option in tile
shooting men u. Select _ 1280 (1280x 720) for an aspect ratio of 16:9 (High Deft-
nition), _
(640x480) to record standard definition movies, or _
(320x240) for
longer movies.
Focus,exposure, and white balance are adjusted automatically throughout record-
ing. Tile color and brightness of the image may vary from that displayed before
recording begins.
Sounds made by tile camera may be recorded.
(J} Do not open the battery<hamber cover during shooting or saving a movie on a
memory card. Failure to observe this precaution could prevent the movie from
being played back.
(J}Vertical or horizontal streaks may appear in movies contaMng very bright subjects.
This is normal and does not indicate a malfunction.
(J}The temperature of tile camera may rise if it is used to record movies for an ex-
tended period or if the ambient temperature is high. This is normal and does not
indicate a malfunction.
