The oven door must be closed and all controls set correctly for the cycle to work properly.

How to Delay the Start of Cleaning
Make
sure the
clock shows the correct
time of day.
[] Touch the
SELF CLEAN pad.
[] Using the nmnber pads, enter the
desired clean time.
[] Touch the DELAYSTART pad. The
earliest stnrt time you can set will
appear in the displa).
[] Using the number pads, enter the
time of din' you want the clean cxcle
[0 S[;lI'[,
[] Touch the START pad.
The door locks automatically: The display
will show the stnrt time. It will not be
possible to open the oven door tmfil the
temperature drops
below the
lock
temperature and the LOCKED DOOR light
goes off'.
When the LOCKED DOOR light is off, open
the dom;
After a Clean Cycle
Ym may notice some white ash in the
oxen. _._ipe it up with a damp cloth alter
the
o_,en cools.
ff white spots remain, remove them with a
soap-filled scounngpad and nnse thoroughly
with a vinegarand water mixture.
These deposits are usually a salt residue
that cannot be removed bv the clean cycle.
If the oven is not clean after one clean
c_cle repeat the c)cle.
You cannot set the oven fin" cooking tmtil
the
o_en is cool enotloh toF the door to
tmlock.
While the oven is selfk'leaning, you can
touch the
CLOCK
pad to display the time
of day. To return to the clean
COtlntdown_
touch the
COOKING TIME
pad.
If the shelves become hard to slide,
apply a small am otmt of vegetable oil or
cooking oil to a paper towel and wipe
the edges ot the oven shelves with the
paper towel.
