Important
Information:
Before proceeding
to color adjustment,
please
read the following
notes carefully.
This guick guide is for user who has his/her own preference
in color adjustment
setting.
1.
Each and every
set of PDP
has been
carefully
tested
and tuned
to its optimal
color
displayed
level
before
leaving
the factory.
2.
The value
for these
optimal
color
displayed
levels
are stored
in the set.
They
can be
restored
by selecting
"Load
Factory"
under
the function
of "Utility"
in the OSD
Menu.
3.
Picture's
displaying
color
quality
will vary
under
different
video
signal
input.
This
is
due to different
resolution
capability
each
video
signal
input
carries.
STEP1
Briqhtness
/ Contrast:
When
the picture
is too bright
or with
too much
reflections
on the objects'
surface,
it may
cause
the picture
to have
whitish
and unclear
image.
When
this happens,
try adjusting
Brightness/Contrast
Value.
It is recommended
to tune
the value
of Contrast
Ratioa
little
higher
than
the
Brightness(with
value
of 10 higher).
For
example,
if the
Brightness
is with
value
of 50, then
the contrast
Ratio
should
be with
value
of 60.
This
method
will
make
the picture
with
sharper
and more
clear
image.
STEP
2
Sharpness:
The higher of thesharpenss,
the more clear the image will show.
Please note that if
the video signal input is with lower resolution,
tuning the sharpness
too high may cause
the objects
in the picture with uneven
edge.
It is recommended
to set the Sharpness
level in the middle
and adjust
it according
to the resolution
capability
of the video
signal
input.
STEP
3
Color:
For picture
with
fuller
color,
please
tune
the color
level
higher.
The
image
will
become
Black
and White
when
the value
of Color
is too low.
Recommended
to set
the
Color
level
in the
middle
and
adjust
it according
to your
preference.
