7. Attach the side rubber rails to the new hard disk drive or the side spacer rails to the new solid state drive.
8. Insert the new hard disk drive or solid state drive into the slot.
9. Reinstall the slot cover and tighten the screw to secure it.
10. Reinstall the battery. See "Replacing the battery" on page 67.
11. Turn the computer over again. Connect the ac power adapter and all cables.
