b, POSITIVE-GROUNDED VEHICLES
i. Connect the NEGATIVE (black) charger clamp to the
NEGATIVE, ungrounded terminal of the battery.
ii.Connect the POSITIVE, (red) charger clamp to a heavy
gauge metal part of the vehicle chassis or engine block
away from the battery. DO NOT connect the POSITIVE
(red) charger clamp to the POSITIVE battery terminal,
carburetor, fuel lines, or sheetmetal body parts.
