Running the Oracle Secure Backup Windows Installer
If this option is enabled, then the installer creates an
Oracle Secure Backup user
called oracle (with the
rights
of the oracle class) whose purpose is to facilitate
Oracle Database backup and restore operations with
Recovery Manager
(RMAN).
