connectedto an adequateand proper utility service.
Damagedue to abuse, a ccident,commercialuse,and
alteration or defacingof the serialplate cancelsall
obligationsof this warranty.
Serviceduring this warranty period must be performed
by an AuthorizedMabeService Agent.
NeitherMabenor the Dealerisliablefor any claimsor
damagesresultingfrom failureof the Refrigeratoror from
servicedelaysbeyondtheir reasonablecontrol.
Toobtain warranty service,purchasermust present
the original Billof Sale.Componentsrepaired or replaced
arewarrantedthroughthe remainderof the originalwarranty
periodonly.
Thiswarranty isextendedto the originalpurchaser and any
succeeding ownerfor productspurchased for homeusewithin
Canada. I n homewarranty servicewill be providedin areas
whereit is availableand deemedreasonableby Mabeto
provide.
• Owneris responsible to payfor servicecalls related
to product installationand/or teachinghow to use
the product.
• Damageto finish must be reportedwithin 48 hours
followingthe deliveryof the appliance.
• Damageto finish after delivery.
• Improperinstallation-proper installationincludesadequate
air circulationto the refrigerationsystem,adequate
electrical,plumbingand other connectingfacilities.
• Replacement o f housefusesor resettingof circuitbreakers.
• Replacement o f light bulbs.
• Damageto productcausedby accident,fire,floods or acts
of God.
• Lossof food due to spoilage.
• Properuseand care of product as listedin the owner's
manual,proper settingof controls.
• Productnot accessible to providerequiredservice.
• WARRANTOR ISNOTRESPONSIBLE
FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
