EXCLUSIONS
This warrantyapplies onlyto productsin ordinary householduse, and the consumeris responsible for the items
listed below:
1. Proper use of the appliancein accordancewithinstructionsprovidedwith the product.
2. Proper installation by an authorized servicer in accordance with instructions provided with the appliance and in
accordancewithall localplumbing,electricaland/or gas codes.
3. Proper connection to a grounded power supply of sufficient voltage, replacementof blown fuses, repair of loose
connectionsor defectsin house wiring.
4. Expensesfor making the appliance accessiblefor servicing,such as removal of trim, cupboards,shelves,etc., which
are nota part of the appliancewhen it wasshippedtom the factory.
5. Damagesto finishafter installation.
6. Replacementof light bulbsand/orfluorescenttubes (on modelswith thesefeatures).
This warrantydoes not coverthe following:
1. CONSEQUENTIALOR INCIDENTALDAMAGESSUCHAS PROPERTYDAMAGEAND INCIDENTALEXPENSES
RESULTINGPROMANYBREACH OFTHIS WRITTENORANY IMPLIEDWARRANTY.
Note: Some statesdo not allow the exclusionor limitationof incidentalor consequential d amages,so this limitationor
exclusionmay not apply to you.
2. Servicecalls which do not involvemalfunctionor defectsin workmanshipor material,or for appliancesnotin ordinary
householduse. The consumershall pay for such servicecalls.
3. Damages caused by services performedby servicersother than ElectroluxHome Products,Inc., ElectroluxCanada
Corp., or its authorized servicers; use of parts other than genuine Electrolux Home Productsparts; obtained from
personsother than suchservicers;or externalcauses suchas abuse, misuse,inadequatepower supply or acts of God.
4. Productswith originalserial numbersthat have beenremovedor alteredand cannotbe readilydetermined.

Keep your bill of sale, delivery slip, or some other appropriate payment record. The date on the bill establishesthe
warranty period should service be required. If service is performed, it is in your best interest to obtain and keep all
receipts. This written warrantygivesyou specificlegal rights.You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

This warrantyonly applies inthe 50 Statesof the U.S.A. and PuertoRico,and Canada.Productfeatures or specificationsas describedor illustrated
are subjectto change withoutnotice. All warrantiesare made by ElectrotuxHome Products,Inc. In Canada,your applianceis warrantedby
