PLEASE REVIEWTHE FOLLOWING
CHECKLIST:
,/ All assemblyinstructions have been
completed.
4" No remainingloose parts in carton.
4" Batteryis properlypreparedand
charged. (Minimum1 hour at 6
amps).
4" Seat is adjusted comfortablyand
tightened securely.
4 All tires are properlyinflated. (For
shippingpurposes,the tires were
overinflatedat the factory).
,/' Be sure mower deck is properly
• leveled side-to-sida/front-to-rear f or
best cuttingresults. (Tires mustbe
properlyinflated for leveling).
4 Check mower and drivebelts. Be sure
they are routed properlyaround
pulleys and inside all belt keepers.
4" Check wiring. Sea that all connections
are stillsecure and wires are properly
clamped.
4 Beforedrivingtractor,be sure free-
wheel controlis in drive position.
WHILE LEARNING HOWTO USE YOUR
TRACTOR, PAYEXTRAATTENTION TO
THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANTITEMS:

4 Fue! tank is filled with fresh, clean,
regular unleaded gasoline.
4" Becomefamiliar with all controls- their
locationand function. Operate them
beforeyou startthe engine.
€" Be sure brake system is in safe
operating condition.
4' It is importantto purge the transmis-
sion beforeoperatingyour tractorfor
the first time. Followproperstarting
and transmission purginginstructions
(See "TO START ENGINE" and
"PURGE TRANSMISSION"in the
Operationsectionof this manual).
