ンサーが使用されます。『Internal
Only』を選択すると、内蔵の指紋セ
ンサーが使用されます。
指紋認証に失敗した場合、パスワー
ドを入力して ThinkPad を起動しま
す。『Normal』を選択するとパワー
オン・パスワードまたはスーパーバ
イザー・パスワードの入力が必要に
なります。『High』を選択すると
スーパーバイザー・パスワードの入
力が必要になります。
パスワード認証を使用可能または使
用不可にします。『Security mode』
で『High』が選択されていると、こ
の項目が表示されます。
このオプションを使用するのは、指
紋センサーに保存されているすべて
の指紋データを消去し、設定を工場
出荷時状態にリセットする場合です
(パワーオンセキュリティ、LED な
ど)。結果として、有効にしていた
パワーオンセキュリティ機能は、
Fingerprint Software で改めて有効にす
るまで機能しません。
『Active』を選択すると、セキュ
リティー・チップが機能します。
『Inactive』を選択すると、セキュリ
ティー・チップは表示されますが、
機能しません。『Disabled』を選択
すると、セキュリティー・チップは
非表示になり、機能しません。
