10. Connect the cables to the new wireless WAN card.
Note: Depending on the model, the marking for the connectors on your card might look different from
the one shown in the illustration above. Be sure to attach the red cable to the MAIN or M connector,
and the blue cable to the AUX or A connector.
11. Reinstall the memory slot cover and tighten the screws.
12. Reinstall the battery. See "Replacing the battery" on page 67.
13. Turn the computer over again. Connect the ac power adapter and all cables
If your computer is equipped with a PCI Express Half Mini card, replace the card by doing the following:
1. Turn off the computer; then disconnect the ac power adapter and all cables from the computer. Wait
three to five minutes to let the computer cool.
2. Close the computer display, and turn the computer over.
3. Remove the battery. See "Replacing the battery" on page 67.
