Check 10: Is the setting to keep printed documents enabled in the
properties of the printer driver?
PREMIUM Contents cannot be printed when the setting to keep printed documents is enabled in the
properties of the printer driver.
To disable the keep printed documents setting, deselect the Keep printed documents checkbox on the
Advanced Settings tab in the Properties screen of the printer driver.
