You ( "Licensee") are granted alicense for
the Software defined inthis End U ser
License Agreement ("Agreement") on
condition that you agree tothe terms and
conditions ofthis Agreement. IfLicensee
does n ot agree tothe terms and conditions
ofthis Agreement, promptly return the
Software toPanasonic Corporation
("Panasonic"), its distributors ordealers from
which you made the purchase.
Article 1 License
Licensee isgranted the right touse the
software, including the information recorded
ordescribed on the CD-ROM, instruction
manuals, and a ny other media provided to
Licensee (collectively "Software"), but a ll
applicable rights topatents, copyrights,
trademarks and t rade s ecrets inthe
Software are not transferred toLicensee.
Article 2 Use b y aThird P arty
Licensee may n ot use, copy, modify, transfer
orallow a ny t hird p arty, whether free o f
charge ornot, touse, copy ormodify the
Software, except as expressly provided for
inthis Agreement.
Article 3 Restrictions on Copying the
Software
Licensee may m ake asingle copy ofthe
Software inwhole orapart solely for b ack-
uppurposes.
Article 4 Computer
Licensee may u se t he Software only o none
computer, and may n ot u se itonmore than
one computer.

any d efects inthe Software ordamage to
Licensee caused by Licensee's reverse
engineering, decompiling, ordisassembly of

Article 6 Indemnification
The S oftware isprovided "AS-IS" without
warranty ofany k ind, either expressed or
implied, including, but not l imited to,
warranties ofnon-infringement,
merchantability and/or fitness for a particular
purpose. Further, Panasonic does not
warrant that the operation ofthe Software
will be uninterrupted or error free. Panasonic
orany o fitsdistributors will n ot b e liable for
any d amage suffered byLicensee arising
from orinconnection with Licensee's use of
the Software.
Article 7 Export Control
Licensee agrees not toexport orre-export to
any c ountry the Software inany f orm without
the appropriate export licenses under
regulations ofthe country where Licensee
resides, ifnecessary.
Article 8 Termination ofLicense
The r ight granted toLicensee hereunder will
be automatically terminated ifLicensee
contravenes any o fthe terms and conditions
ofthis Agreement. Inthis event, Licensee
must destroy the Software and related
documentation together with all t he copies
thereof atLicensee's own e xpense.
Article 5 Reverse Engineering,
Decompiling orDisassembly
Licensee may n ot reverse engineer,
decompile, ordisassemble the Software,
except tothe extent either ofthem is
