f No sound can be heard or the sound is faint

Is the audio source connected correctly?
Is the volume adjusted to the minimum setting?
Is A/V Mute active?
Is the audio cable's specification "No resistance"?
Have you set the "EasyMP Audio Out" to "External"? (EB-
1735W/1725 only)
f The remote control does not work
Check
Is the remote control light-emitting area pointing towards the
remote receiver on the projector when it is operated?
Is the remote control too far from the projector?
Is direct sunlight or strong light from fluorescent lamps
shining onto the remote receiver?
Is the correct setting for the remote receiver selected?
Are the remote control ID and the projector ID matched?
Are the batteries dead or have the batteries been inserted
correctly?

Change the "Language" setting.
Disconnect the cable from the audio input port, and then reconnect the cable.

Press the [A/V Mute] button on the remote control to cancel A/V Mute. s
When using a commercially available audio cable, make sure it is labeled "No resistance".
When using EB-1735W/1725, if "EasyMP Audio Out" on the configuration menu is set to "External", audio
is not emitted from the projector's internal speaker. Change the setting to "Internal". s
