Some DVDs may contain scenes which have been
shot simultaneously from a number of different angles.
For these discs, the same scene can be viewed from
each of these different angles using the ANGLE button.
(The recorded angles differ depending on the disc
used.)
_ Press ANGLE during playback.

This function only works for discs having scenes recorded
at different angles.
The ANGLE indicator on the unit lights up at scenes
recorded at different angles to indicate that angle switch-
ing is possible.
The angle number can be programmed beforehand; the
angle will be switched to the selected number when the
ANGLE indicator lights up.
This unit can reproduce a 3D surround effect which
provides a sound as if heard from nonexistent rear
speakers even when only a 2-channel stereo system is
connected (for playback of Dolby Digital (AC-3) 5.1ch
DVD software only,)
U Press SOUND during playback.
Each time this button is pressed, the TV screen
display changes:

B Press SOUND repeatedly until the
desired sound is selected.
O The 3D surround effect may not work properly for some
DVD software.
o Turn off the TV surround sound and other surround effects
when using this 3D surround effect.
0 For optimum effect, it is recommended that the distance
between the "IV set and the listening position be about 3
or 4 times the distance between the dght and left front
speakers.
