DRAINING ALL OIL FROM THE TANK.

DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY BEFORE PERFORMING ANY
MAINTENANCE.
VENT
Annually, when the fryer is cool, check the flue and clear any obstructions.
