Digital Zoom
The digital zoom function can be activated by
continuing to pressthe [$] button after it
seemsto havereachedthe end. It will further
zoom the center of the field by 2 or 4 times.
(Sincethis function combinesthe optical zoom
with a digital teleconverterfeature.,the image
becomescoarserthe more it is zoomed.)This
function will operate when the LCDmonitor is
on and the digital zoom function (p. 47) has
beenturned on in the recording menu.
