I_ Multiple Exposures _
Merging multiple
exposures with an image recorded in the card
You can select an image recorded in the card as the first single
exposure. The original of the selected image will remain intact.
You can only select
_
images.
You cannot select M _/S
_
or
JPEG images.
Select [Select
image for multi, expo.].
® Select [Select image for multi.
expo.], then press <8>.
_, The images in the card will be displayed.
_'_, Select
an image.
® Turn the <(-3> dial to select the
image to be used as the first single
exposure, then press <__>.
_4 Turn the <(-3> dial to select [OK].
_, The file No. of the selected image will be
displayed at the bottom of the screen.
_,_,,_ T ake the picture.
_#_ When you select the first image, the
number of remaining exposures as
set with [No. of exposures] wifl
decrease by 1. For example, if [No. of
exposures]
is 3, you can shoot two
exposures.
_ Images shot with highlight tone priority set to [Enable], images of which
the aspect rauois other than 3:2 (p.204_, o r those with cropping information
appended (p.320) cannot be selected as the first single exposure.
Auto Lighting Optimizer, peripheral illumination correction and chromatic
aberration correction will be disabled, regardless of the settings of the
image selected as the first single exposure.
The ISOspeed,PictureStyle,h_gh ISOspeednoisereduction, a nd colorspace,
e[c. setfor thefirst _
imagewillalso besetfor thesubsequen[ t mages.
If the first _
image's Picture Style is [Auto], the [Standard] Picture
Style will be setfor the subsequent images.
You cannot select an image taken with another camera.
