You can choose the subject you want to focus on and shoot.
Choose 4_-.
After pressing the @ button, press the
Av buttons to choose ,0r.
Press the 4_' buttons or turn the O dial to
choose _, then press the @ button.
will appear in the center of the screen.
Choose the subjectto focus on.
Point the camera so that _ is on the
subject you want to focus on and press the
4 button.
The camera will beep and _ _ will appear
when a subject is detected. The camera
will continue to track the subject within a
certain range even if the subject moves.
If the camera does not detect the subject,
will appear on the screen.
To cancel tracking, press the ,_ button
again.
Shoot.
Press the shutter button halfway. _ _ will
into a blue [] which will follow the
change
subject while the camera continues to
adjust the focus and exposure (Servo AF)
(p. 99).
Press the shutter button fully to shoot.
Even after shooting completes, _- _ will
appear, and the camera will continue to
track the subject.
